PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
(ART. 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679)
This policy explains how Seppi M. SpA processes your data.
Processing Purposes and Mandatory Provision of Data. Seppi M. SpA processes and uses your personal data (e.g. name, surname, tax number, address, etc.) exclusively to manage its business relations with you and execute and comply with the obligations set by the Italian and EU regulations. The provision of said data and the consent to its use is mandatory; failure to provide your consent will prevent us from providing the services requested.
Data Processors. To meet the commitments undertaken in the agreement with you (see "Purpose of Processing and Mandatory Provision of Data"), we may need to involve third-party collaborators; our collaborators, who have been formally appointed by us and are known as "Data Processors", are legal or tax consultants, trade agents, etc. We provide Data Processors exclusively with the data necessary to perform the service. Whenever possible said data is in anonymous format.
The list of entities that collaborate with us is available in an annex to the Seppi M. SpA Processing Activities Record. You may contact us to obtain this information.
Communication, Diffusion and Transfer of Data to Third Parties or International Organisations. To perform certain services (see "Purpose of Processing and Mandatory Provision of Data"), we may communicate your data to subjects such as transport companies, banks, etc. The provision of data is mandatory, therefore, should you refuse to provide your data, Seppi M. SpA will not be able to perform the services requested. We will not transfer the data you provide to countries or international organizations outside the EU. We will not divulge the data you provide to third parties without your prior specific consent.
Marketing. We may use the data you provide for direct marketing purposes – including but not limited to sending advertising material (newsletters, leaflets, targeted emails, etc.), information, surveys, etc. regarding our products and/or services – only if you specifically provide your consent. Consent for marketing purposes is optional, therefore, should you refuse to give your consent, the service provision will not be affected.
Processing Methods, Automated Decision Processes and Data Conservation Period. Your data may be processed in hard copy and digital format, in compliance with the technical and organisational security measures set by the EU Regulation with regard to personal data protection (GDPR 2016/679). Data will not be processed using automated decision processes. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the relationship with us and in any case for the time required by civil, accounting and tax regulations, which may be longer.
Data Subject Rights and Privacy Authority. You have the right, at any time, to request to access, modify, integrate or delete, as well as limit or refuse to authorize the processing of any data concerning you, for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to request to have your personal data transmitted to another Data Controller. If you believe your data are being illegitimately processed, you may file a complaint with the national Privacy Authority.
