MAXICRUSHR xd – A New Dimension in Soil Stabilization

SEPPI M. is breaking into new markets with the new MAXICRUSHR xd: professional soil stabilization and modern road construction.
The MAXICRUSHR xd is both a stabilization tiller and a stone crusher, and is making its Italian debut at the construction machinery trade fair SAMOTER in Verona.

When soil becomes a load-bearing base

Where conventional stabilization tillers stop because they are not designed to crush stones, the MAXICRUSHR xd comes into play: It reliably crushes stones and efficiently combines this with soil stabilization.
It combines power with smart technology and transforms unusable subsoil into a stable, homogeneously mixed base.

No matter the challenge – rocky soils, stone-rich mixed soils, or clay enriched ground: The MAXICRUSHR xd crushes stones up to 50 cm in diameter, shatters them cleanly, mixes precisely, and tills the soil to a depth of 50 cm. Even asphalt layers up to 8 cm thick can be processed and recycled directly on site – a clear advantage for efficient and sustainable construction processes.

Technological Highlights

The MAXICRUSHR xd combines state-of-the-art technology with uncompromising robustness—for maximum performance under the toughest conditions:

  • The rotor with a 92 cm diameter and 112 BOLD V-LOCK tools: stable under harsh conditions, with excellent mixing properties.
  • Special drive inside the rotor: Enables working depths of over 50 cm with ease. Thanks to its compact design, the machine maintains a total width of under 3 m despite a 2.5 m working width.
  • With the standard ADAM drive tilt, the machine can be operated under load in virtually any lift position.
  • Individually adjustable depth guides: Cutters a horizontal plane as the perfect base for subsequent work.
  • Triple adjustment of the housing for optimal adaptation: At high working depths, the front flap can be opened to prevent material buildup and ensure maximum material intake. The first rear cover serves for adjustment or extension to create a large mixing chamber. The final, hydraulically operated rear flap, which is moved to a floating position, ensures that the crushed and mixed material is neatly deposited and smoothed out at any working depth.

MAX 50 le - Thanks to the AUTO TRACK TENSION automatic tensioning device and the hydraulically adjustable track width of up to 500 mm, the vehicle adapts perfectly to any ground conditions.
